Assembly instruction Note: Please read all installation instructions before proceding. Assembly recommendations for wood mounting distributed by Nabor Woodproducts are genera ones. These recommendations were developed over several years by the three international bodies - the National Wooden Flooring Asociation (NWFA), National Oak Flooring Manufacturer Asociation (NOFMA) and the Wooden flooring counsil. I. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MOUNTER Wooden floor is a unique natural product, characterized by distinct variations in color and grain. These distinct variations in color and grain are not defects but are part of the beauty and unicity of the wooden floor.The wooden floor distributed by Nabor Woodproducts is made in accordance with internationally accepted industry standards. * The installer assumes full responsibility for final inspection of quality. An inspection must be done befor assembly. Examine the floor carefully, with attention to color, finish and quality before install. If the material is not acceptable, contact the sales team Nabor Woodproducts. * Before starting the installation of any wood flooring, the installer must determine whether the environment where the work will take place and the conditions and type of floor that will be mounted are acceptable, ensuring that they are in accordance with the requirements stipulated in these instructions for installation of Nabor Woodproducts.Our company disclaims responsibility for esuarii installation, due to or associated floors prepared in unduly or poor environmental installation. * Using spots, fillings and aim to correct defects during installation should be accepted as a usual procedure. * Upon request, a rate of 5-10% should be added to the quantity in square meters required as margin of error, according to the instructions to complete installation. II. LOCALIZATION AND ACCLIMATIZATION * In a new building,to install the wooden floor the following things must be taken in consideration. Any work involving water or moisture (sanitary, acoustic ceilings, walls to work) must be completed before installing the floori.The heating and ventilation should be fully operational, maintaining a constant room temperature of 15.5-16 C and a relative humidity of 30-50%. * The wooden floor will not be delivered until the building is finished and any works in cement, plaster, lime and other materials are completely dry. Concrete and plaster must be dry and old, at least 60-90 days. Check basements and under floor space to ensure they are dry and well ventilated to avoid damage caused by moisture. * Wooden flooor should be installed at the site at least 10 days before installation. Do not open the package until ready for installation. * Must handled with care.Do not sit up.Store material in a dry place, providing a minimum space of four inches below and around the boxes. * Do not store directly on concrete or near outside walls. The boxes should be placed in the place of installation. * Installation area must have a constant temperature of 15.5-19 C and a relative humidity of 40-60% for at least 5 days prior to installing any type of flooring. III. PREPARATION OF THE FLOOR For mounting massive parquet, Nabor Woodproducts recommend using a Forbo Floors must be: * Clean - scrape , seasoned, no wax, grease, paint, oil . * Smoothing - Clean areas higher and fill the joints and the dig should not exceed the deviation 2mm/1.5m * Solid - autonivelant digging must have a compresivitate of 35 newton/mm square. * Dry - digging must have a moisture content below 2%. PLACE OF PREPARATION * Acclimate the product for 10 days prior to installation; * Check that the floor is smooth and solid. Repair if necessary; * Cut the length of the doors; * Eliminate existing construction materials. Step 1: SET A STARTING POINT * Before starting the installation itself, to give the appearance of the floor properly, distribute short and long boards from the area where will be installed the floorl, in case of random lengths. Work from several boxes once to ensure a proper mix of color and shade. * First line of boards to ensure that you have a straight line from one end to another chamber.Draw a chalk line with the desired distance from the wall, to help when the line boards.
